1. Your First Fitting
We recommend your first fitting to be booked around 8 weeks before your wedding date. We assess the gown on your body, discuss the changes required, and identify what's needed to achieve the best possible fit. Most first fittings take around one hour.
Please bring your wedding shoes and any undergarments you plan to wear on the day. We recommend avoiding makeup or tanning products, and wearing your hair tied back.
2. Your Alteration Plan
After your first fitting, we provide a personalised quote based on the work required.
Please note: More intricate gowns, lace, beading, couture techniques, and detailed design work may require additional time and care.
A deposit is required to proceed, with the remaining balance payable on collection.
3. Final Fitting
Most gowns require at least one additional fitting to refine the alterations and make sure the final fit is right.
Your second fitting is usually booked approximately 2 to 3 weeks after your first fitting, depending on availability and the complexity of the work.

Alterations start from $400+
Every gown is custom-altered to fit you perfectly, and we charge by the hour. Please let us know during your initial booking consult if you'd like any dressmaking add-ons, such as sleeves, skirt layers or lace work extensions. These will be an extra cost on top of the alteration.

Pressing and Steaming Service
We offer an in-home pressing service the week before your wedding, at a separate fee.
We come to you and press your wedding gown and bridal party garments. We'll discuss this at your first fitting, and pricing depends on where you live.
Every bride also receives our care guide, covering how to bustle, hang and press your gown, and where to take it for dry cleaning after the wedding.
Travelling abroad? We offer a packing service, carefully packing your gown and all your accessories into a hard-shell suitcase that fits in the overhead locker.

Invited Guests
We recommend bringing only one invited guest to your fitting. Having too many opinions can become overwhelming, and we want the experience to feel calm, supportive, and focused on you.
Our team is highly experienced and will gently guide you through every step, advising on fit, comfort, movement, and the final shape of the gown. Nothing is completed without your approval and satisfaction. Taking photos and videos during your fitting is always welcome.
